Winemaking
The harvest takes place manually in small boxes. After destemming, the grapes are cold macerated on the skins, to then perform a soft and progressive squeezing. A slow thermocontrolled alcoholic fermentation follows.

Refinement
The wine ages on the fine lees for 3 months in steel tanks and at least 2 months in the bottle before being marketed.

To be proposed with vegetarian dishes, white meats and fish with intense flavours.

Soft pink (Provençal)

intense with fruity notes of wild strawberries and plums.
